Tash's passion for great coffee began in the early 2000s, when travelling took her halfway around the world and into the vibrant café culture of Sydney. Working as a barista there taught Tash the craft properly — the precision, the rhythm, and the joy of serving coffee that’s been made with care. That experience shaped everything she's looked for in coffee ever since.

Years later, that same commitment to quality led us to Triple Co Roast, an independent Bristol roastery whose values mirror our own. Founded in 2015 by Jo Thompson after learning the art of roasting in Northern California, Triple Co Roast is built on three pillars: high‑quality small‑batch roasting, direct trade with farmers, and open, transparent relationships with customers.  They prioritise ethical sourcing, paying farmers fairly and focusing on traceability so every bean has a story and a purpose. 

Their obsession with clean, sweet, specialty coffee — free from bitterness and roasted with precision — makes them the perfect partner for us.  When we tasted their beans, we knew immediately we’d found the right fit: a roaster whose dedication to craft matches the passion that first inspired Tash all those years ago in Sydney.
